Simply visit html.php (You must chmod tmp, tmp/cache and tmp/compile to 777 for this function to work) Features: 1. Link exchanges are made easy. Just type in Title, URL and Email, and click submit, and an email is sent to the prospective link partner 2. All categories and link pages make use of good page titles so that they are SEO friendly. 3. You are warned before you try to submit the same resource or if you try to send a link exchange email to the same site. More than 40 sites are now using this open source script. There is no charge to use the script, but we do appreciate a donation or a link to the script's homepage.
